Will Harding- Richardt
After joining the company in 2010 as Financial administrator dealing with payroll, debtor & creditor invoices and weekly financial reporting, her role grew to include health & safety for the company.
Julie is a staple of the Ranger Specialist Coatings company. Ensuring each job covers the health & safety requirements, completing regular compliance checks on plant and organising building equipment checks annually.
Dealing with Accident/ Incident investigations, health monitoring and pre-employment checks.
Julie is also the mother hen to staff making sure they are safe and have all the PPE equipment they need on site.
She always goes the extra mile for staff members and is passionate about working with the Ranger team.
Residential and Commercial Painting Manager
Phil has been painting and decorating since 1976 and has great knowledge in all aspects of the painting and decorating industry, including all types of wall coverings. He can provide expert product knowledge and find the best solution and product needed for the task at hand. Being in the industry for almost 43 years, Phil will be able to offer experience for any task and can follow up with a maintenance program to keep your project looking good for years to come.
He has plenty of experience in working with customers having been self-employed for several years. He enjoys the customer experience and to see the satisfaction when a project is completed to a high standard of workmanship.
After joining the company in 2002, Clint gained his trade certificate in painting, decorating, and specialist coatings. His practical skills and technical expertise are combined with natural leadership and organisation skills. Clint enjoys using his skills to lead his highly specialised teams and takes pride in delivering clients with top quality outcomes that comply with all relevant industry requirements.
Alister began his painting apprenticeship in 1976. Since then, he has been directly involved with each new industry development and application technique. This practical experience, spanning almost 40 years, means that Ali has an unrivalled knowledge when it comes to floor preparation, specialist coatings, painting, waterproofing, and fibre glassing. Ali’s uses his expertise to determine the best solution for each client, according to their budget and requirements, in order to achieve the optimum outcome. In addition to working with clients and providing quotes he in involved in day-to-day operations including purchasing and site management.
Brad has worked in the construction industry for 18 years and has the breadth of skills needed to create and implement a new vision for the company. He is experienced in procurement, account management, business planning, strategy development, and team leadership. Brad recognises the importance of developing trusted working relationships and delivering first-class outcomes on every job. He believes in leading by example and will drive a ‘customer-first’ culture of excellence across the company.
