The company was founded in March 2014 with Brad Sandri as the sole Director. We have grown considerably with a large range of trade-qualified team members, and reliable long-standing partnerships with several local sub-contractors.

Brad Sandri – Managing Director
Brad has worked in the construction industry over 20 years and is experienced in procurement, account management, business planning, strategy development and team leadership. He leads a ‘customer-first’ culture of excellence across the company, looks after his trusted team very well.
Clint Richardt – Division Manager | Specialist Coatings & Resin Flooring
Clint has held his trade certificates in painting, decorating and specialist coatings for 18 years and has comprehensive knowledge of paint and resin technology and application techniques. Super organised and a natural leader, he manages the resin flooring specialist team and is Brad’s right-hand man.
Alister Rowland – Division Manager | Industrial Coatings
Ali began his painting apprenticeship in 1976. He has been directly involved with each new industry development of flooring preparation, specialist coatings, water proofing and fibre glassing during his 40+ years of experience and now enjoys mentoring the young apprentices coming through and passing on his tricks of the trade.
